Like many of Ay-O’s paintings, Butterfly, which portrays a swimmer performing the butterfly stroke, attempts to make use of the entire visual light ______blank sporting rainbow-striped goggles, the rainbow-hued swimmer splashes through a wavy rainbow of water.
